Sasayaku no wa Sono Yubi

One day, Hatsuki injured himself on campus. He was helped by Watakabe Tatsuyuki, the most famous idol in school. Hatsuki, being gay, secretly fell in love with Watakabe. However, Watakabe doesn't have any interest in Hatsuki until Hatsuki finds out the truth behind Watakabe's words: "I killed my little brother."
