Igakusei: Koube Sakutarou no Kaibou Karte

Inspector Amano Tasuku encounters a bizarre case: a corpse with the insides removed was thrown away on the street. In order to request an autopsy Amano goes to the medical faculty of Imperial University and meets Kanbe Sakutarou, a beautiful boy with a love for the dead.
