Hiroshi Shinanogawa is a teenager who loves to read delinquent manga. He wants to be a badass like the guys in his favorite comics: *Rokudenashi BLUES*, *Shounan Bousouzoku*, *Crows*, and *WORST*. In his last summer of middle school, he decides to become a delinquent. He leaves his prestigious private school and drops out to start living as a delinquent. Now he is a member of the gang that rules Komae Kita Middle School, hiding the fact that he is a rookie delinquent.
